Pursuant to Article 28 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (the Code governing the Processing of Personal Data), the data controller for personal data that may be collected via this website is the Company, namely the Hotel & Restaurant Hanswirt, listed on the Companies Register with the number 01240000214, and whose registered office is located in Partschins-Rabland.

The personal data may be processed to the extent and in the manner set out in this statement by employees and agents of the Company designated as data supervisors or processors: such persons will receive appropriate training and operate under the direct authority of the data controller.

To contracted service providers who supply cloud-based software and data handling solutions to the hotel. These providers operate with the sole purpose of processing and analysing guest data for the aforementioned purposes.

Data retention

The information and personal data of visitors or users collected from this website, including data freely provided in order to request information material or other communications through the completion of the CV on the website, will be retained solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and for the duration necessary for such purpose. Once the aim of the service is achieved, all personal data will be deleted in compliance with this Privacy-Policy unless otherwise required by a competent authority, a legal requirement to retain data, or as otherwise set out in particular sections of the website.
