Pursuant to Article 28 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (the Code governing the Processing of Personal Data), the data controller for personal data that may be collected via this website is the Company, namely the Hotel & Restaurant Hanswirt, listed on the Companies Register with the number 01240000214, and whose registered office is located in Partschins-Rabland.
The personal data may be processed to the extent and in the manner set out in this statement by employees and agents of the Company designated as data supervisors or processors: such persons will receive appropriate training and operate under the direct authority of the data controller.
